We will keep you up to date on the health of your wig and lace, as we know the life and condition of your wig depends on your lifestyle and the frequency of which you where her.

We have the right to refuse any maintenance requests if we feel the wig is in a unworkable condition.

We will notify you on the condition of the wig upon receiving and we will articulate any details as to keep your wig looking its absolute best.

WE ONLY MAINTENANCE WIGS PURCHASED FROM KNOT MY HAIR WIG DESIGNERS.

We will recommend LACE replacements as we see fit, we do not wash and style over holes in lace.

Please make sure all glue, make up, dirt is removed from lace prior to sending for maintenance as we would like to keep the process as sanitary as possible. PLEASE clean lace with rag and 90% alcohol to remove debris from lace.
